ENTRY REQUIREMENT(S):
- FREE program for employers who contribute to SOCSO only.
- Registration is open to one participant per company.
- Participants need to enter the company registration number and company email
- Able to read and write in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to to access and participate in e-learniing platform.
- Must have device (laptop or computer) to participate in e-learning platform for each participants.
- The use of mobile phones is NOT PERMITTED.
- Must have good internet network facilities.
- NIOSH reserves the right to reject the entry of participants who do not meet the entry requirements.
** Registration of competent persons (OYK) in the MyKKP portal for Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator is for Malaysian citizens only.

ONLINE COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Full use of laptops throughout the course.
- Knowledgeable in using Laptop and Apps (Zoom/NIOSH Open Learning)
- The name of the participant in the Zoom application is as in the identification card
- Participants need to stay online and activate the video display throughout the class
- Participants have to answer a number of options for interactive quiz online every day.

REGISTRATION DOCUMENT:
- Citizen: Original Identity Card (MyKad / MyPR / Military Card)
- Course registration is confirmed after registration is made through d-register and eligibility is checked by NIOSH.
- Course confirmation notification will be emailed after the registration and review process is made.
- Course registration is non-cancellable.
- Exchange of participants is NOT ALLOWED.
- Course registration will be closed after maximum pax is reached or a day before the class begin.
- Link to Zoom application will be emailed to participants a day before the class begins.
