Psychological Impact Among Competent KKP Personnel and Control Strategies During the National Recovery Phase of COVID-19 in Malaysia

Kepada Tuan/Puan Orang Yang Kompeten KKP
Dengan segala hormatnya dimaklumkan NIOSH sedang menjalankan Kajian Kesan Psikologi Dikalangan Orang Yang Kompeten KKP Dan Strategi Kawalan Semasa Fasa Pelan Pemulihan COVID-19 Kebangsaan Di Malaysia. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk menyiasat impak psikologi daripada pandemik berpanjangan kepada pekerja; menyiasat punca impak; mengenalpasti mekanisma daya tindak individu dikalangan pekerja dan mengenalpasti mekanisma kawalan organisasi sewaktu fasa pemulihan pandemik COVID-19.
Kami memerlukan seramai 400 orang responden Orang Yang Kompeten KKP untuk kajian ini untuk mengisi borang soal selidik yang Cuma mengambil masa antara 20-30 minit dan 400 responden terawal dengan borang soalselidik yang lengkap akan menerima baucar tunai e-wallet sebanyak RM 20 ringgit atau lain barangan yang senilai.
Anda dijemput menyertai kajian ini dengan langkah mudah berikut:
1. Klik pada pautan https://wa.link/bm4nsa atau imbas kod QR bagi menyatakan Nama, Nombor Telefon, nombor pendaftaran JKKP dan alamat emel anda.
2.Pihak kami akan menjalankan saringan bagi mengesahkan nombor Pendaftaran JKKP anda.
3.Sekiranya anda layak, anda akan menerima pautan Google Form
i. Borang Helaian Maklumat responden
ii. Borang Soal Selidik.
4. Lengkapkan kedua-dua borang tersebut dengan lengkap. Pastikan kedua-dua borang diisi dengan lengkap sebelum 15 MEI 2023
5. Dapatkan kod baucar tunai e-wallet daripada pihak kami. Pihak kami akan menyerahkan kod atau memasukkan nilai yang setara terus ke dalam akaun Touch n Go e-wallet anda selepas semakan selesai.

With respect, please be informed that NIOSH is conducting a study on the Psychological Impact Among Competent KKP Personnel and Control Strategies During the National Recovery Phase of COVID-19 in Malaysia. The purpose of this study is to investigate the psychological impact of the prolonged pandemic on workers, identify the causes of the impact, identify the mechanisms of individual response among workers, and identify the mechanisms of organizational control during the COVID-19 recovery phase.
We require the participation of 400 respondents who are OSH Competent Person registered with DOSH to complete a questionnaire which will only take 20-30 minutes of your time. The first 400 respondents who complete the questionnaire will receive a cash voucher of RM 20 ringgit or an equivalent item.

We will conduct a screening to verify your DOSH registration number.
If you are eligible, you will receive a Google Form link consisting of:
i. Respondent Information Sheet
ii. Questionnaire.
Complete both forms completely. Please make sure to fill in both forms completely before 15th May 2023.
Obtain the cash voucher code from us. We will provide the code or deposit the equivalent value directly into your Touch n Go e-wallet account upon completion of the review.
